Create a report based on workflow exclusion volume (audit)

Hello,

I would like to create an audit report (to send via email, automated if possible) to be able to monitor exclusion volume on automated workflows. In particular, I want to be able to output the volume of individual inclusion queries, exclusion queries, intersection results/complements etc... so there is a long-term log. Is this possible?

Thanks!

Thanks for sharing the details.

I feel there is an ambiguity in your question.

If you are looking only for the volume of your complement result set , then simply use alert activity after your complement to send the total count as below:

You can edit the source code to add your comments .

or

If you want to report the actual result set then add data extract activity after complement to export the file using SFTP or an email attachment.

Hope this helps.

Thanks.

Hi @the_eddie ,

Could you please explain your question clearly with a use case if possible?

Thanks.

Hello,

I have a workflow that starts off with two forks - one for exclusions and one for inclusions.

Volume is dropped in a range of exclusions, and complements are generated for the dropped volume - at the moment there are End's coming off these complements, but I would like to be able to provide a single daily report/audit that collates the volume for the results of each complement.

Let me know if you need any more information.
