I am planning to send an email to customers who are in their sales cycle, its information is stored and fetched from our CRM
The expectation is when the customer clicks on reply to address the email of the sales manager must be populated and not a generic address
is it possible? Also, does it harm ip or domain reputation in any manner?

Hi,
You may have multiple reply to addresses, you need to add Reply-To: header in SMTP section of your delivery to add more reply to addresses.
I don't think that will impact IP reputation but I recommend you to contact Adobe Campaign support and verify with Deliverability team.

You should be able to have a dynamic Reply-To address in your delivery and it shouldn't affect your IP reputation provided the reply-to address has the same domain as the sending and bounce addresses.
