Can Campaign Classic Server access a Mapped Network drive

We have Adobe Campaign Classic (v7) installed on a Windows server and want to setup an import workflow to pull data from a Shared network drive.

We are doing this because there is a restriction on SFTP.

However, the workflow refuses to recognize the network drive.

Is this a limitation or do we need to do some kind of setting for access?

Hi,

You have to grant access to your Campaign user, or service account if that’s what you‘re running Campaign under.
