We are seeing in the delivery tracking logs instances of clicks being registered on all links in the delivery at the same time down to the same second. For example one impacted delivery registered 45 clicks all being madeat the time of 11:39:53, which is obviously impossible. This does not appear to have arisen with the affected recipient before or with subsequent deliveries sent to the recipient. Has anyone else experienced this issue in the community who can advise why this would occur?
Many thanks

Have you ruled out email bot traffic? Does it happen on other recipients, email domains ect.?

Thanks for your reply, yes this does happen on other recipients and email domains. Do you know how we could identify whether this is a result of email bot traffic, how we could detect this in our reporting? Thanks

There is no way to check if the recipient is opening the email or his email client is malfunctioning or hacked.
Can you please confirm if this is happening for one user and very frequently or with other users as well .
Multiple clicks within seconds - this can happen too due to faulty mouse generating two clicks, or this can happen with outlook client that shows a preview and then doubles click opens an email.
Opens and clicks are just http calls, and they are made from outside the system, and AC has little control over the system.
Thank you, we see this happening for more than one user, but not on all deliveries they receive.
