One of my customer facing issue when he duplicates the campaign from the older campaigns which he has already run; he does the following :-
1) Duplicate the campaign
2) Start running the workflow in the campaign
3) when he starts the workflow to execute - he gets the following error message :-
"Error while executing the method 'WakeupTask' of service 'XTK:workflow'
But when the same thing is done by admin privileges we are able to run the workflow.
Our Analysis :-
1) We provided all the permissions except the admin right to the user ; thinking it might be an access issue -> getting same error
2) Even when we try to pull the simple query by creating the new campaign -> getting same error
3) We changed the campaign template -> we thought might be issue with the campaign template-> getting the same issue.
