Campaign Classic Client Console Error

Hello,

We installed a few standard packages without any errors but we login to the console we are getting this error message.

Here's the screenshot with the root and the "Invalid" folder

When i tried to delete the folder I'm getting this error

Did anyone run into this problem or any suggestions on how fix this error message?

    Hi Sree,

    Could you please first try to delete the delivery template/delivery whose parent folder full path contains "New" . After that try to delete this invalid folder.

      Thanks Kapil. I was able to identify the invalid delivery templates (Facebook, Twitter, SMS,,etc). I deleted them and was able to remove the invalid folder. I'm not getting any error messages now..
