we want to show some inbound offers on portal , we are planning to use API to handle this , can we use API for mentioned version of application server also we want response in table format by sending some parameters,
But initially I want feasibility of API for above application server.

I believe the API can handle this. That said, 6.1.1 is no longer supported as of March 29th, 2022, so it is highly recommended that you upgrade to the latest version of Campaign if you want to proceed as Support and R&D would be unable to assist in troubleshooting if you hit any snags while attempting to implement this in 6.1.1.
