I'd like to create deliveries for iOS and Android adapted to recurring delivery, my question is if you can do that

That should absolutely be possible! We are doing that in our campaigns.
Just make sure that the channel of the delivery template is set to iOS or Android and it should be possible to deliver that with a recurring delivery type.
Remember that you need to change dimension in the workflow to Subscriber Applications before you can deliver push.
