Anti Spam Checking Function - Email Spam Scoring - Spam Assassin Configuration - Issue

Avatar

Hi Team,

 As our adobe campaign application(on-premise) servers working under RHEL, we followed the steps from the following link for our lower environment servers.

https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/installing-campaign-classic/additiona...

cpan Digest::SHA1

cpan HTML::Parser

cpan Net::DNS

cpan Mail::SPF

cpan XML::LibXML

cpan XML::Writer

cpan Mail::SpamAssassin

After implementing the above steps, changes are not reflected under the adobe campaign client console level. It says "EMAIL SPAM SCORING -  The function is not configured" under Anti Spam score section of any email delivery(preview > more > anti spam checking).

Is there any steps further we need to do apart from the steps mentioned from the link?

Looking forward to see some solution on it.

Hi,

Alter instance conf or serverConf.xml, setting this param to spamcheck.pl's path:

<spamCheck command="perl
/usr/local/[NSTALL]/nl6/bin/spamcheck.pl"/>

Thanks,

-Jon
