Android push messages contains only a single line

Has anyone ever experienced Android only receiving a single line on the device and content being truncated?

The device will receive the push but the function to scroll and expand the entire content is not available.

Is this function controlled within the adobe sdk or within app code itself?

This holds true for us in both ACC and ACS
