You need to define a reconciliation key between your file and destination schema. see an example below

Can you share a screenshot of your workflow? Can you try using an enrichment activity between your file loading and data update activities, to define the reconciliation before the update data activity (simply define the Reconciliation tab of the enrichment as described here: Targeting activities​) ?

You should change the operation type to insert, u shouldnt have it in InsertOrUpdate.
