Alert notification works but Delivery email dont

Alert notification works flawless – I received email.

Only problem is with Delivery.

 

Audit Logs 

07/29/2020 9:06:09 AM DLV-490038 An error occurred while validating the delivery.

07/29/2020 9:06:09 AM DLV-490043 Delivery action canceled. Unable to export tracking data to the tracking server.

07/29/2020 9:06:09 AM RED-520026 Could not upload redirection information on the tracking server(s).

07/29/2020 9:05:59 AM RED-520025 Communication failed with tracking server 'https://gmde-mid-stage14.campaign.adobe.com'. Please check that the server is started and check if the connection parameters defined in the deployment wizard (or directly in the options), are correct.

07/29/2020 9:05:59 AM RED-520021 Invalid login or password.

External Accounts 

We did test the eternal account and it test correctly with MTA. Tracking test says succesful.

yes .. Dont know how but opened ticket with Adobe and it got resolved

Hi @prasanna_soni

as mentioned earlier, your delivery will fail in case that cannot upload data to tracking server.
Alert email are not tracked and they are sent successfully. You must check configuration for tracking on a mid-source server.

Hi @prasanna_soni ,

 

Did you check the Tracking configuration tab under Deployment Wizard in the console whether the parameters defined correct or not.

Yes and thats correct .. so seems like tracking server is not picking up the delivery

yes .. Dont know how but opened ticket with Adobe and it got resolved
