Hello Azmierulcm,

 

So this error typically occurs if the root certificate is not inside the trust store. Campaign is using the certificate stored inside the OS trust store. If your Campaign instance is hosted on the Adobe side then I'd recommend reaching out to Campaign Support as our Ops team would need to be involved to assist with the fix.
