Adobe campaign classic- Adobe Analytics- integration

Hi ,

I am using built in Adobe campaign classic - Adobe analytics workflow to transfer the data. I have been able to breakdown by delivery and internal campaign name. Since we have multiple instance of campaign am not how i can add external attributes such as country, region? is this something can be done by updating the existing workflow or need some custom work?

Thanks,

Pradeep

Hi @pradeep_07 - It depends on whether your Analytics connectors for your different domains will point to different reporting suites or not. If they are the same reporting suite then you should be able to use the same connector but change the enrichment formula to add in some attributes from the schema you are using in the workflow, to distinguish the different domain somehow. I would reach out to Adobe or a local specialist partner (who does both Campaign and Analytics) to get some idea of the best way to approach it for your use case. Cheers Darren

Hi @pradeep_07 - The data that is sent over to Analytics by Campaign is fixed to a number of variables by the Genesis connector itself. You can enrich the URL that the connector uses and add in some custom attributes that you require to be tracked and these will be picked up on the website side.

Have a read here on how to enrich the calculation formula in the external account: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/getting-started/connectors/adobe-analy...

Hi Darren, Thanks for the answer. Basically we have more than 100 domains and "N" of campaign running . How does this actually work? I have seen one solution , where we need to duplicate the existing adobe genesis file and add the external attributes we want and call the duplicated js file in send and indicators workflow. is this correct approach?
