Add/Remove operators in monitoring groups

Hi Team,

 

Please help me the steps how to adjust(Add / Remove)  operators monitoring groups in Adobe Campaign.

Hi @gangadhar_reddy1 ,

 

To remove operators from Operator Group, you need to go to Operator Group folder. Look for Monitoring Group operator Group and then delete the operators whom you do not wish to be part of the Monitoring Group.

To remove operators from Operator Group, you need to go to Operator Group folder. Look for Monitoring Group operator Group and then delete the operators whom you do not wish to be part of the Monitoring Group.

      Hi Gangadhar,

       

      Under Administration->Go to Operators Group tab->Select the required group and click on new button and add the new operator and provide the appropriate access rights.
