Splitting a segment with frequency cap

Hi All!  I wanted to know if this was possible in some way - I want to split out segment A to 50/50% but with only 50% having a frequency cap of say viewed Page A 5 times in 2 days.  But leaving the other one without any frequency cap.  Thanks in advance!

It is either splitting a segment or creating a segment with a frequency cap. Splitting a segment while applying a frequency cap on only 50% of the segment doesn't make much sense to me. What's your goal and what do you plan to do with these segments?
