Adobe Audience Manager

My company is adding a lot of new people into our system. These people will not have marketing ID's until a few days after I want to send an email out to them. Was curious how I would approach this as I usually always have the marketing ID's. Is there a way to do this without? 

Hi, Has anyone enabled AOR for DCM?  What is the amount of work that is needed to get the data ingested in AAM?  Any help on this is much appreciated. Thanks

In our instance we have enabled server side forwarding from Analytics to AAM but there are lot of signals which we are not planning to use to create traits, so is there a way we can delete them to limit our activity usage?

I'm using BAAAM to create segments. However, I see no option to specify the Profile Merge Rule. Is there no way for PMR to be specified?
