Question: Users while login into AAM UI whether from marketing cloud or directly from bank.demdex.com, they are seeing an error message and less options in the side navigation menu.

- Check for the company settings to which user belongs and see for the RBAC enablement. If RBAC is enabled, then proceed with next steps else raise this issue with engineering.
- Try to login into AAM UI using marketing cloud as non-admin user OR using bank.demdex.com as non-admin user.

- If RBAC is enabled and user does not have admin privileges, then it is mandatory for the user to be part of at least one group otherwise add user to a group with required permissions based on business requirement.
- If RBAC is NOT enabled, check with customer care team which in turn will contact engineering team.
