You'll notice the difference in Step 1 is the dead link I'm having issues with. I suspect the link I was using is outdated and should be retired?

I don't recall how I got around my original issue w/ Step 1. The guide provides an invalid link still and I believe it needs to be fixed. I'm waiting to see if that becomes an issue for my request w/ Step 5 or not.
