ID Syncing

Question

Hello Experts,

For our client’s website, most of the users don’t login on website so ID syncing seems not possible. How do we achieve syncing the online and offline data in such scenarios?

Any insight on this will be really very helpful.

Hi @ambikatewari_atci ,

It is possible to do ID Synchronization for the user's who don't login on website, if you know them (have their Customer IDs available). You can simple make a hard coded HTTP Request or can do File based ID sync by ingesting an ID Sync file.
