Hi,

I uploaded a batch of IDFA/GAID to AAM and had assigned data source as 'global iOS 20915' and 'global GAID 20914', however I am not seeing data populate.  Can someone let me know if there is anything I might be missing.

Thanks

Hi there,

Onboarding mobile data in AAM is a 2 step process:

1. You must have AAM implemented on the native app via Adobe Mobile SDK, with device ID sync must be in place. As explained in this thread:

ID Sync In App with Adobe Mobile Services

2. You must have a data source created in AAM of type: Device Advertising ID, say it has Data Source ID: [DPID]. Then when you onboard data, the file name should follow this nomenclature:

ftp_dpm_20914_[DPID]_[timestamp].overwrite (for Android)

ftp_dpm_20915_[DPID]_[timestamp].overwrite (for Apple)

For more information, please check these help docs:

Global Data Sources

Hi Varun,

I am using the format that you had mentioned now, but I am still not seeing any data in AAM.  Not sure what I might be doing wrong here.

Thanks
