I am an admin user of Adobe Audience Manager for my organization.
Still, I cannot load properly the initial dashboard page. It states a message like this:

Please try and login using a different browser or use private browsing window for login.Hopefully this workaround will fix the issue for you.
I've been experiencing the same issue. For me helped to login into using the same credentials on deifferent device / browser.
Problems appears once in a while event after i've tried to re-assign to my user more product profile privilegaes.
So it's not a separte issue.
Are you still encountering the login issue?
Maybe you are an Admin for the product profile but have not been added as a User.
Check also whether the product profile is mapped to any permission group.
