Why does prop and eVar contains different values

Hi,

I have assigned evar and prop for page url and found that same url displayed the different visits.

Why does prop and eVar contains different values?

I have checked my home page visits and it's display 417,556 visits for prop and 379,194 visits for eVar.Also, total site visits displayed the different values.

Can you provide some more information, when you are saying different value what do you expect in that case, you can have visitors visiting different URL in same visits, that's expected.
