SOLVED

Unable to save existing project

Hello,

I am having issues when I am trying to save a project that I have built.

The original project was built a couple of weeks ago and I have now come back to it to do some updates and add some more visuals in. When I have tried to save the project I am getting an error message. This is the error message that I am seeing,

I have tried to refresh the project, this did not help. I refreshed the page and this just lost me the work that I had done to the dashboard and then I got the message again. Does anyone have any idea why I might be getting this?

Thanks

I'm not exactly sure what is the root cause, but I have encountered this issue too and have a bandaid fix. Analysis workspace errors typically happen for me when I add Chrome plugins (I always have issues with tables being truncated and visuals not appearing whenever I add the MEGA downloads plugin for example), but this is only a hunch.

Anyways, a quick workaround I've found whenever I cannot save/refresh a workspace and get that same error message is to "Save As" a new project. Typically I just add some kinda suffix to the workspace project to save all the work I've just done and then delete the former project and then update the name on the new project.

I just wanted to say that there is some ongoing maintenance on the servers right now, that might be why you are having issues saving.

When everything is resolved, try again and see if the issue persists.
