Please reach out to ClientCare@adobe.com to see what is causing issue to load. sometimes clearing browser cache or using incognito browser window may help.
Your best option here is to work with Customer Care to get the issue resolved. Hopefully it just clears up on its own, but if not, Customer Care should be able to help!
