Hi,

I need to find a specific set of users for a particular period and then see if they've returned in another date range, how can I create the segment?

Hello,

You can use Return Frequency report in Reports & Analytics. If that helps, you can create a segment on "Visitor" container with the condition to find the specific set of users. Further, apply the segment to the Return Frequency report with the date range in question.

I am creating a Segment with the container "Visitor" and date range from 01-June to 18-June.

And applying the same Segment on Return Frequency Report for a different time period - 23-June to 09-July so the result says "No Data Match this Criteria"

That's because you are using Date Range in the segment. You can just use the segment with the condition in a different time period - 23 June - 9 July.

You will be able to see the Return Frequency report with line items:

• Less than one day
• One to three days
• Three to seven days
• Seven to fourteen days
• Fourteen days to one month
• Longer than one month

Apart from this, it isn't possible to customize the visitor from a particular time frame, like 01 June - 18 June.
