Our user types differ on ID length for historical reasons. I want to segment all users with X chars in their ID, is that possible somehow?
If the ID is stored in a custom variables and its volume is less than half a million records, then you can apply a classification and leverage the rule builder to group them into X and Y.
If the ID is captured along with the ECID as a customer attribute, then onboard a corresponding data feed.
