Hello,

while checking Tracking Code Report for campaigns I have Error metric available. Please see screenshot below:

I've searched through google, Adobe Help etc and I didn't find any explanation of this metric. What does it mean?

Hi,

Error is not a standard Adobe Analytics included metric and that would be custom to your implementation. I would recommend reviewing your admin console settings and trying to isolate where within you implementation that is occurring to reproduce the conditions.

Best,

Brian

Hi Brian,

thank you for clarification. That really helped me. So it's either some user with admin rights creation or custom made metric by Adobe for my company, right? Although I am not sure how I can isolate this metric with my implementation, I am not that advanced user. Is it something easily accessible or shall I just forget it?

Its would be a metric created custom by the Admin of your company and custom set within your implementation (I'm making the assumption it is not a calculated metric, but it could be that as well). I would reach out to the Admin of your Adobe Analytics instance on direction.

Best,

Thank you Brian, we have found out it's connected to a event16 variable, we just need to find out the creator.

Take care!
