Hello everyone,

i am creating a dashboard where I need to understand how many times custom link are clicked. Currently I am using occurrences and unique visitor and I m getting unspecified value.

Any suggestion?

Hi @Luca_Lattarini,

You can try using Custom Link Instances metrics & in case that doesn't help then I will suggest you to use a custom event & fire that event whenever a custom link is clicked.

Hopefully, that will resolve this issue. Currently, you are getting Unspecified line item because you are using Visits & Occurrences as the metrics & there will be hits where the eVar or prop that you are using is your report is not getting captured for example in the case of page load call.

Please let me know if you have any further questions.

Hi Kainth, Yes, I used Custom Link Instances and now I have no unspecified. It seems to me that unspecified showes customers who did not click on Custom Link
