Unable to publish segment in analytics

Hi,

We're trying to publish segments created in analytics to experience cloud, which will then be used in target.

Under analytics' segments, I'm not seeing the checkbox which prompts us to "Publish this segment to the Experience Cloud".

Can someone please advise on how to enable this?

It looks like we first have to connect the report suites to the experience organization ID, which I'm unable to do so as clicking on a report suites' organization ID to edit it redirects me to the home page simply.

Regards,

Sri

Sri,

One of the reasons you can't see that checkbox could be lack of access permissions. Contact your administrator. They should also be able to confirm whether the required provisioning for shared audiences has been done.

Thank you. It turns out to the be a permission issue. I created a new report suite and segment, and published it. We have an Adobe Target account, but these segments aren't appearing under audiences under target though.

The segment is displayed as published, and I first thought it could take a few hours to propagate to target, but I waited for 12 hours. Still no luck.

Can you see those segments in Audience Library core service?

I'm unable to confirm that. I'm looking for the option to create an audience under "People", but it only gives me an option to "Create a customer attribute". I'm assuming this is a permission too? For permissions, there exists a super profile we created, which has all the permissions and is assigned to my account. However, I don't know of any other permission which needs to be assigned for this functionality to be enabled. Could you please advise?

Yes, it seems you do not have permission to Audience Library if you can't see it after navigating to People. The access can be configured in Adobe Admin Console.
