Unable to find report suit

I want to create a report suite  for our website and can not find this option in analytics-> components

Go to Admin > Report Suites. If you can't see this menu, then you do not have access for managing the report suites.

Go to Admin > Report Suites. If you can't see this menu, then you do not have access for managing the report suites.
