Trying to figure out how many clicks it takes to view a video on app. Help!

Hello,

I'm trying to calculated average clicks (once a visitor opens the app) it takes for a visitor to view a video on an app (Roku, Fire TV, etc).  So basically, how many (on average) module clicks (e12) it takes before someone views a video (e15 is our video viewed metric).  I tried to create a segment using the 'then' statement ("e12s greater than or equal to 1") then "e15 exists", but it does not work.  Can someone help?  Thank you!
