Training Videos are now behind a $5k Paywall

It would be great if you gave us all access to the training videos we've had access to for years instead of removing them and putting them behind a $5,000 paywall.  You should be ashamed of yourself for this.  As if we don't all pay enough for your products, but to take away valuable training information is extremely poor business practice and customer service.  We're nickel and dimed enough!  So EXTREMELY disappointed and irritated!

Hi Jason, If you go to this page: http://www.adobe.com/training/video.html  as you mentioned, you will a subset of the original videos from eTV. The rest of the videos can be accessed, for free, by scrolling to the bottom of the page and clicking on the "explore now" button. You'll be asked to sign in with an Adobe ID and you will be able to search find the rest of the content from eTV PLUS some of the new content we recently developed. We did remove a small set of videos from eTV that were really out of date or were incorrect. If we did remove a video that you really need but that may have been out of date I can try and find it for you and provide.

On a side note, we're looking at our current on-demand training offering and potentially making changes. I'm the product lead working on that and if you have any feedback on what you liked about eTV, what you maybe didn't like and what you'd like in the future I could reach out to you offline. I'm new to the forums but depending on what works for you I can try and reach out!

Hi Jason,

We apologize for the terrible inconvenience.

Customers can still access all of the free training formerly hosted on Enterprise TV. It is now hosted on adobe.com or Adobe Captivate Prime and it is still free of charge. You will need to register for an Adobe ID to access. You will also be able to access some of our for free training for free as well using the same site and Adobe ID.

I have done that and looked around.  I cannot find the video anywhere.  That whole new training site is a horrendous user experience, layout is poor, design is poor, navigation is beyond poor.  Please share the link to all of the DTM and Adobe Analytics video's that were previously on the site.  I am already signed up and under the freemium account as you call it now.  I also have a chat log from client care assuring me EVERY video that we there previously was still going to be accessible for free.  The link that the old video redirect you to take you to a place where there are a total of 8 analytics/dtm related video.  That is a far cry from the 60+ that were there previously.

I agree with you Jason, and glad to know I am not the only one that does not like the new video training setup. Never even got an email to they were making the changes and to sign up for an AdobeId(which I hope is free).

I just went to the site, and can't find any of the video from enterprise TV at adobe.com. and the new learning site that they moved all the training videos too, now require you too fill out some form that wants to know where your company was incorporated.  and what kind of incorporation, this is required not an option..  Wow Adobe is doing everything they can to squeeze dollars out of their clients.. Such a terrible business model..

Thanks for the follow up.  Are you able to contact me so I can not nly provide feedback but also get some guidance on how to get to the videos that I am looking for?  I can't find the majority of the video that previously existed and they were very good reference material and good to help new people get familiar with the tools when I can't spend all day training them.  How can I contact you or are you able to contact me?  my contact email is brownjm10@upmc.edu

Thanks

I have done that and searched, browswer and spend more than an hour trying to find them.  Take a look at your analytics for the site, I'd bet it plummeted since you moved them and it gets virtually no traffic at all now.  Please contact me so I can figure out how to get to all of the videos.

Would really appreciate the feedback! I've just sent you an email so we can arrange a chance to talk via phone or email, whichever is easier.
