Omniture tracking - stopped

Avatar

Level 1

Hoping someone can figure this out soon for we're running out of suspects and time...

Around noon time EST yesterday (Aug 14th) we lost tracking therefore absolutely no data coming into SiteCatalyst (we're on v15).  We've had no build's on the website, all our tracking code is intact, our headers/footers unchanged, and js files have not been touched since couple days.  For reference, attaching screenshot of our dashboard showing no data for today.

Thanks in advance!

Chris

Hi Chris, it sounds like you are being impacted by the data processing issue that is currently reported on http://status.adobe.com/, hopefully you were able to get in touch with Customer Care and get additional info.

Hi Chris,

Have you debugged using a packet sniffer tool to ensure the tracking calls are still getting out on your side? The only other possibility I can think of outside of tracking call transmission issue would be latency. If you haven't already it would be best to reach out to Customer Care for further review to isolate which side the issue is on.

Best,

Brian
