I am preparing dashboard for Finding methods(Merchandising evar) of a product. Could you suggest me some of the key elements that I should include in my dashboard because the Merchandising evar blogs/articles does not contain this.

Need your help in suggesting me list of the key elements/business questions that I should include in creating a dashboard for finding method of a product in a retail site,.

Hello Sumit,

From your post, I understand that you have task in-hand to create a Dashboard which talks about the Product finding for an e-commerce portal.

To answer your question, you need to follow a systematic approach here and I can suggest you tons on ideas to make your dashboard more meaningful but I would try to stick to the point here:

1. Include the Micro Conversions by the finding methods.

2. Include the Conversion by the finding methods.

3. Try build a funnel around the data and try to high light the leakage points in the journey.

There are endless things you can add , just chose them according to your requirements.

hey,

Thanks but if you read my query completely you would understand that I'm well aware of the implementation, concept, article, blog of merchandising eVar. The blog does not state the key elements/reportlets to create a merchandising eVar dashboard. Let me restate--My question is very simple we have already done the implementation now am going to prepare a dashboard for finding method of a product. What things you suggest to insert in my dashboard.

Apart from showing Orders and Revenue by Finding Method... What are the key elements I should show case. Consider ours is a big retail portal.

Thanks you,

Sumit

It depends on the business requirement and the KPI of the report.

thanks but this is not helpful. Business requirement is to create dashboard for onsite finding method (which is being captured in merchandising evar)

What would be the KPIs that I have to consider?
