Curation Process & Guided Analysis - fantastic ideas!

Community Advisor

Just wanted to feedback that the following 2 coming features are something we're really excited by:

•    Curation process (limit dimensions, metrics, segments that others can use in a project)
•    Guided Analysis workspace (easily consumable output designed to be shared with less experienced users)

These kind of features are the things we desperately need to help us increase wider business usage of the tools which will in turn free up the analytics team to do the stuff that really adds value (rather than churning out numbers)

Kind regards,

Andy

Thanks, Andy. We completely agree. The bulk of our efforts over the coming months will be spent creating these workspaces and workflows. Our goal is to enable exactly what you described: broader adoption of the tools for self-service so that the analytics team can spend its time doing what it is uniquely qualified to do, rather than pulling reports for people who have forgotten their logins :)

This is great feedback/validation, and I'm going to share it with the whole team involved in bringing these features to light!

Hi Andy - In my role as a Customer Success Manager at Adobe, I focus on helping customers drive adoption of our marketing cloud solutions. I'm always interested in learning how organizations are specifically approaching adoption among their business users, as it can be quite difficult. I'd love your perspective on:

  1. Are there particular features you've seen that are more quickly/easily adopted by the business? And if so, what types of use cases or objectives are they helping to solve.
  2. How have you approached business user adoption overall, and who's been involved in driving that approach?

Looking forward to your thoughts. Thanks!
