Analysis Workspace Issue

Hi there,

I am having issues with trying to download my projects as a csv file. When I click the icon to download, i am redirected to a page that says:

Duplicate headers received from server

ERR_RESPONSE_HEADERS_MULTIPLE_CONTENT_DISPOSITION
The response from the server contained duplicate headers. This problem is generally the result of a misconfigured website or proxy. Only the website or proxy administrator can fix this issue.

Is this a known issue? For the last couple of weeks I have not been able to download any files.

Thanks,

Nathan N.

Nathan,

I tried to reproduce this while logged in to your account, and I could not. The CSV files downloaded normally for me when I created a basic project. Can you test and see whether it is specific to certain projects or applies to all of them? If the former, can you send me the name of a project where you're seeing this behavior?

Thanks,

Ben

Hi Nathan,

Thanks for reporting this. I will let our engineering team know. If possible, can you send me a private message (click on my profile name and then click "Send Benjamin Gaines a private message") with your company name and the report suite you were using? They will need this in order to try to reproduce.

Thanks,

Ben
