Work around we have Tried :

Hi Kranthi

We also had this issue. It was only solved when we changed data centres. We found it had something to do with it being accessed through a proxy although all tests showed the proxy wasn't stopping it. The work around we had to do was connect to a non proxy internet connection, launch discover and then we could reconnect to the proxy. We had to adjust the browser network settings so it didn't use a proxy.

Joe

What if you can't control proxies?
