This settings depends upon the UA. So if mobile/non mobile or the version cannot be identified under the UA then just the name of the browser is listed which in this case is Safari.
So I checked our backend lookup tables to see what I could find, and it I'm seeing the values but no criteria to match for them to be classified as such. I'll ask our engineering team to see if they have any insight on what specific user agents are supposed to match "Mobile Safari".
