Here is the pathing report.

What do you mean by these Red circle -   is user existed the site? or what it is?

Hi @DineshRkumar ,

I believe this is happening because of the "items expanded per column" setting in advanced settings of your flow report,

A report run with settings shown in above screen shot will expand firs 5 items in each column and rest of the items will show the way your report is showing. You can edit your flow report and change this value to expand more items.

Hi @DineshRkumar,

In your flow diagram, you are showing a flow with a start page, and the next pages are showing the second page in the flow... I am not sure why you aren't seeing the red "exit" indicator, or a continue path to the next page.

Do you have any segments being applied at the panel level that might be impacting the display of the flow?

Normally you would see the "exits" or you would see a continued flow to the next page (except for the last item, beyond the configured breakdown as shown by @Harveer_SinghGi1), because the last item is a catchall bucket, it doesn't show any follow-through.. but the other ones should....

@Jennifer_Dungan you are correct, by default it shows just the last item i.e. catchall without any exits or next path but if user clicks on that item it expands to more individual items from the catchall bucket in the same column and shows up like the screen sot shared by @DineshRkumar .

Cheers!

True, but from the screen shot, it looks like its only showing the default 5 levels... unless they changed it to 2 levels, then clicked to expand? Its so hard to say without seeing the actual report....
