Products Report shows 0 Revenue

I'm trying to learn how to implement shopping cart tracking using Dynamic Dag Manager (Activation) and Adobe Analytics.

I created five Direct Call Rules to set the s.products variables with the following events (in the order shown): prodView, scOpen, scAdd, scCheckout and purchase.

The attached image shows the events being set and the value for s.products during each server call.

When I look at the Products report (attachment), everything looks fine except there is no Revenue.

I would appreciate any help on this.

Thanks for the reply, Tanmay!

I believe the problem is caused by including the $ symbol with the order total.

I don't see it mentioned anywhere but when I remove it, the Revenue amount comes through.

Thanks,

Ali

Hi Ali,

Have you assigned the Revenue value in s.product initialization? You can refer to this document for common mistakes that could happen - https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/products_troubleshooting.html

Let me know if that helps you.
