Partner journey type report

Avatar

Hi

I want to create a report that shows what steps a user made until they reached to my site (partner.microsoft.com/support)

Example:

One Dell partner searched on Google something... and arrive to my domain: partner.microsoft.com. from here he visited page x,y,z from my domain and finally arrived to partner.microsoft.com/support (this is my target page)

So, what steps a partner made, in a session, to arrive to my support page and what steps did they take when they come to the support site

Can someone help me to create this report? I was only able to create a report that shows me from what referrer domain they arrived to my support page. everything tried is not including my domain paths.

Thanks

SImona

Hi Simona,

If using workspace i would use Flow analysis to get user flow details. How to do that? Flow analysis is explained here https://www.adobe.com/analytics/flow-analysis.html#

If using analytics and reports (legacy) I would use Fall Out and Page Flow report to get that. See details here Run different report types

Thanks,

Hi Simonam,

In Workspace,

we can use Flow panel

This helps us to find the flow for any specified page and as secondary metrics, we can have the last touch channel

Hope this helps,
