new Intelligent Alerts documentation

Adobe Analytics now has the Intelligent Alerts. Is there a proper documentation about the algorithms that calculate "Anomaly detection"? The documentation doesn't really explain it: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/analytics/analysis-workspace/alert-builder.html

AND I have a further question:

with the old alerting system you could create alerts for either specific items of a report or for "all items". Now this options seems to be gone? How can I create an alert that scans anomalies for each item in a report?
