Loss of utms in the purchase phasetrac

I need help to solve a problem related to Tracking Code.

The problem itself is that we have approximately half of the orders, unable to identify the source and the medium. Of course we are using the tracking code, in fact to identify the Visits we have no problems but something is definitely working badly on the Checkout page, which causes the utms of the URL to be lost when making the purchase.

The data we have is that the entry page for these orders is Checkout, which leads us to think that there can be a page without being tracked by Adobe. But we fail to identify it, this is only a hypothesis.

Do you know where we can go in Adobe to find the solution?
