Issue with Adobe Analytics Integration & Adobe Hybris Extension

1) Yes, it is an issue with Adobe Analytics integration to Hybris.

2) We are using Adobe Hybris connector for Analytics, which is available on Market Place

3) Hybris team has checked into this and confirmed that the connector is developed by Adobe

5) Issue Description:

price of Items added to shopping is not flowing into DTM, due to Javascript error. The error screen shot is attached. Connector installation was done using installation guide provided, with no customization. Hybris version 6.1. Per implementation team (Infosys), this is an out of the box implementation and error is happening with connector code which Adobe has developed.

Hi Patrick,

You are correct that this integration is through Data Connector provided by Adobe Analytics. The Data Connector integrations setup are managed by the Adobe Consulting team as this requires updating the code. They help in setting up the integration and validating the setup so that nothing is affected by the integration.

I understand this may depend on you company budget, so you may want to scope this out with your Account Manager.

Patrick, The daycare portal is for AEM support.

For Analytics, you can reach out to support by calling to 800-497-0335 or emailing to clientcare@dobe.com

Remember you need to be a supported user for your organization. If you are not sure about who is supported, you can call in and ask for that information.

It was relayed to the project manager that the issue we (as in Hershey) are experiencing is the result of a bug.  I created a Daycare ticket for this issue, and the team pointed me here.  Do you have a link on where I need to go to open a case with Customer Care?

Do you mean that Hybris team said that his was a bug? If you believe so, you can open a case with Customer Care. However, the support may depend on what the issue is with the integration, as there is limited scope with Customer Care.

Also, the cost and charges can be discussed with your Adobe Account Manager.

How it was described to us was that we had some form of a bug that needed to be resolved.  Is this not the case? Are you able to provide an estimate of the expected cost for the service?
