Is there any step by step guide to implement Media Streaming (Heartbeat)?

Hi All,I am trying to implement Adobe Media service "Heartbeat" to measure the video streaming, but unable to start from where shall I start write the rules to capture the media information from site. Could someone please redirect me to the right document where I can find steps to Heartbeat implementation and reporting? Thank you in advance.Rashid
