How to grant user view / edit access for specific report in adobe analytics

I am one of the admins when it comes to adobe analytics but I don't know how to grant user view / edit access for specific report in adobe analytics.

Level 2

You can share your project to anyone within company login. Also you can share to outside by giving Gmail I'd.

There is share option available. Please check

But the receiver must have adobe analytics access right?

If receiver doesn't have access. Then you can send the report to external by adding their mail ID. But they can only download and view report

Also , you can schedule projects where you get the option of Recepients , that way the external users can only download and view the project . (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/analytics/analyze/analysis-workspace/curate-share/t-schedule-report.html?lang=en)

Or you can use option Download PDF or Download CSV and then share the same to the external users (who do not have access) over mail.
