Hello all, I am new to Adobe Analytics and hence this might be basic question. 1. We want to set up campaign tracking on AA for new media campaigns and want to use Google’s UTM tags on the URL example (URL e.g. www.example.com?utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Cpc&utm_campaign=Test) to maintain consistency in reporting. I was wondering if there’s a way of using UTM tags and extract query variables in AA so we could get granular campaign date?
2. if not, what would be the alternative for this in terms of obtaining granular information like campaign_name from URLs designed as per Adobe’s specifications. thank you!
Once you have captured the Campaign Tracking Code in Analytics reports then you can also use Classification Importer or Classification Rule Builder to further classify the Campaign Tracking Code in a more readable form.
