My teammate can't reach the adobe analytics page and confronting this error:

We have tried different browsers and laptops, and called the customer service for help who suggested we contact the admin to delete her account and add it again. But we don't know how to contact admin. Could you please help us with this issue as soon as possible? Thanks!
@zoeguo11 Firstly can you please check if the user's id is Adobe ID or Federated ID ? If it is Adobe ID than the user needs to select the Personal Account option while logging in and if it is Federated ID than use School Account option.
If above step is being done as said than please tell us if the user is newly created in the organization. If that's the case than please raise a ticket with client care team.
