Excluding IP addresses across multiple suites

Avatar

Level 1

Hi,

Is it possible to exclude IP addresses across multiple suites at the same time? As we have over 50 reporting suites, updating one by one can be extremely tedious. Currently the location to exclude IP seems to be located under Admin > Exclude by IP. Which in turn seems to only apply changes on individual suite level (example: I have updated one suite but changes does not seem to affect other suites).

Any suggestions?

Many thanks

Looks like there's an ideas exchange post that's wanting something really similar: http://ideas.omniture.com/t5/Idea-Exchange-for-Adobe/Make-it-as-easy-to-copy-the-list-of-excluded-IP...

Hi Steven,

Thank you for reaching out to Adobe Community.

At the moment the Exclude by IP works per Report Suite basis. Which means you need to exclude IPs for every Report Suite separately .

Though there is an alternative called Vista rules but that's more advanced and you need to talk to your Account Manager to know more on that. Plus there is a cost involved as well.

To know more please go through the doc mentioned below:

Thanks!
